Softchoice Cares would like to take the opportunity to thank all the employees and our partners who submitted their wonderful and innovative ideas towards Haiti fundraising efforts. Many of you have also expressed interest in being part of the fundraising activities. Once again, Softchoice employees have shown how we truly do care!

After reviewing numerous ideas and suggestions, the Softchoice Cares board came up with what it thought is the best approach to help the Port-au-Prince community with their basic needs during this time of crisis. As well, we wanted to provide Softhoice employees as much flexibility to contribute; whether it's through direct cash donations or volunteering to raise funds etc.

As a result, we have created the following short-term plan:

• 1. All funds raised from any Softchoice Cares event in Q1 will go towards the Haiti relief efforts.
• 2. All funds raised in Q1 from employees specifically donating dollars towards this cause will go towards the Haiti relief efforts.
• 3. Softchoice Cares will contribute $15,000 of our previously raised funds.
• 4. For every order placed on Softchoice.com in Q1, we have donated $1 to the Softchoice Cares Haiti Relief Fund.

Grass roots fundraising is what Softchoice Cares is all about. So, ideas big and small are welcome!
