How long until I receive my order?

Products readily available in large quantities will usually ship out within 1-2 days. Check current shipping times with our Inside Sales Team for products with low stock levels.

Software downloads

How do I download the software I just ordered?

You will soon receive an e-mail from a Softchoice Representative with detailed instructions on where and how to download your software. In most instances, you should receive this response within 1 to 2 business days. However, please note that depending on the product and time of ordering, it may take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days to receive your instructions.
