You will soon receive an e-mail from a Softchoice Representative with detailed instructions detailing how to download your software. In most instances, you should receive this response within 1 to 2 business days. However, please note that depending on the product and time of ordering, it may take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days to receive your instructions.
Your response email from customer service at Softchoice will include all the information you need to download your purchase. That includes the internet address for where you need to go to along with the necessary passwords and serial numbers.
The response email will contain the software publisher's contact information you can use to make any service inquires. As the hosts of the site, the publisher will be able to assist you with any technical questions or concerns regarding your download.
