Vince's career spans more than 30 years of executive leadership experience. Prior to joining Softchoice, he served as President and CEO of Shred-it, an international information destruction company. Under his leadership, Shred-it became a globally-recognized information security brand, operating in over 200 service centers in 18 countries worldwide and serving over 400,000 businesses and organizations.
In his past role as President of Pitney Bowes Management Services (PBMS), Vince successfully drove the transformation of the organization into a leading provider of higher-value, technology-enabled solutions and services. Prior to Pitney Bowes, Vince served as President of Benefit Services, as well as a Corporate Officer, at Automated Data Processing (ADP). While there, he led the turnaround of several underperforming businesses, increased annual revenue and customer retention, and improved employee retention.
Vince also held senior positions with the Petroleum Heat and Power Company (of Stamford, CT) and McKinsey & Company, where he led consulting projects for Fortune 500 companies in the industrial sector.
Vince received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College, and his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
As the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, Andrew Caprara is responsible for leading Softchoice’s Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Experience functions.
Collectively these groups shape Softchoice’s long-term strategic vision and then connect it to the technology solutions we develop, our go-to-market strategy, and the exceptional experience we provide for our customers. Andrew’s team also works very closely with our vendor partners and strives to make Softchoice an extension of their team, and their trusted partner to serve our shared customers.
Andrew joined Softchoice in 2014 as the Director of Sales and Business Development Operations, followed by increasingly senior executive roles. Prior to joining Softchoice, he served in senior roles at management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, and as a Sales Territory Manager at Stryker (a Fortune 500 medical device company).
Through his experience, which combines a background in sales with experience in business transformation consulting, Andrew has a proven skillset for planning and executing strategic sales and operational initiatives.
Andrew graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ont. before completing his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Prior to joining Softchoice, Karen was the Chief Human Resources Officer of Sgsco, where she helped transform the organization’s way of working and built core people practices, including succession management, employee development, change management, people insights and talent acquisition.
Previously, Karen was the Vice President, HR for Mosaic (North America) where she spent 13 years helping to lead their exponential growth. During her time at Mosaic, Karen pioneered Mosaic University and Mosaic Cares, launched career development programming, led their Great Places to Work engagement survey, and continued the development of their culture.
She holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario in Administrative and Commercial Studies with a specialization in Human Relations and Social Organizations.
