Aaron recently saved the day for one of our customers, who placed an urgent order with us with next morning delivery. However, they had recently changed addresses and, at first, didn’t notice the old address on the quote. The morning of the delivery, after the order was shipped, the customer emailed Softchoice with an urgent request for an address change. Aaron immediately took action, got in touch with our distribution team and contacted FedEx, who was able to reroute the order and deliver the hardware to the correct address. And he did all this… on his walk to work that day.
