This WOW goes to Aly Poonja, a Senior Solutions Architect in Vancouver.
Aly recently went above and beyond and single-handedly saved one of our customers from an utter disaster.
Softchoice had been working with this customer for about one year, helping them through business and IT transformation projects. We recently performed a NetApp installation, a data migration and a VMware upgrade for them. However, the weekend after the project came to an end, the customer’s data center suffered a power outage. When the power came back on, configurations were lost and all IT services were unavailable. That’s when, in the middle of the night, Aly came to the rescue to set up the data center and get the customer back up and running.
The customer wrote: “I want to start with expressing how incredibly impressed we have been with the members of your team… The real hero of this situation though, was Aly, who dropped everything to ensure we were supported and advocated on our behalf to work to a resolution.”
She even specifically instructs manufacturers to deal directly with Aly if they want to pursue business with them. That’s what we call brand impact!
