Her adaptability and ability to learn on her feet have been keys to her success and the success of the Softchoice Sales Academy – Softchoice’s world-class sales onboarding and training program. As the Academy’s chief architect, has been instrumental in developing new curriculums to keep reps ahead of the ever-changing IT industry, monitoring the results, providing training, and constantly seeking feedback to improve the Academy with each graduating class. Her direct reports will tell you how she always makes time to help them with their own personal and professional development, on top of providing learning and growth opportunities for every deployed new territory sales and telesales rep.
