Candice Garner, a District Sales Manager in our New York office, is the 2018 winner of one of our most coveted employee awards: the Tie Jacket.
Since joining Softchoice in 2008, Candice has had an insatiable drive and passion for development. Her ability to navigate the internal Softchoice organization and understand a number of roles and departments makes her an invaluable resource to our team.
She is a living example of our values and has always risen to the challenge in every position she held, which has spanned several departments, including Operations, Marketing, Business Development and Sales.
She took on her first sales role in 2016 and has consistently achieved outstanding results ever since, continuing her progression through the sales organization. She now leads our New York team and has had a tremendous impact on them, driving results and focusing on her sellers’ growth and development.
The Tie Jacket is one of the most coveted Softchoice employee awards and enduring symbols of our culture. It is awarded to an Outbound Sales representative or a District Sales Manager with outstanding character, who is highly respected cross-functionally across the business, and who delivered outstanding annual sales results. Recipients of this award are recognized in front of their peers at Softchoice’s annual all-company conference.
