Carlos is known to be a team-player and a go-to person who supports others. His focus on his customers is evident in each of his projects. He takes the time to truly understand each customer’s needs and provides a personalized and effective plan of action for them. Even after ensuring a proper hand-off to the sales team, he stays engaged with the project and the customer to make sure the solution implementation stays on track, and to answer any technical questions.
His dedication and team-first approach were exemplified this year as he assisted our Microsoft Practice in building and delivering customer-facing materials and events. He was instrumental in our Azure Bootcamp event series and he even created a webinar on helping customers save money with Azure.
He is seen as a true leader and mentor within the company and a true demonstration of our core values. And he is always willing to share his knowledge and insight with others across the organization.
