Dave Tomke, a Sr. Territory Sales Manager in Chicago, is the 2018 recipient of Softchoice’s highest honor for people managers – the Catalyst Leadership Award.
Dave has grown into a pillar of our Chicago office. Not only does he spread a positive and contagious energy throughout the office, many attribute their own success to his guidance and leadership.
He continuously strives to better himself and others, and makes the development of his reps a top priority. Many say that he plays a big part in making Softchoice a great place to work, contributing to one of the best office cultures.
He has also been a catalyst in onboarding new employees across the company as part of the Hello Softchoice employee resource group, facilitating networking with company leaders.
The Catalyst Award is Softchoice's highest honor for people leaders. The award is given to one person each year who demonstrates a commitment to coaching and developing their team, to achieving outstanding business results, and for consistently exemplifying Softchoice’s values. Recipients of this award are recognized in front of the entire organization at Softchoice’s annual all-company conference, and awarded development funds towards a leadership program of their choosing.
