Ian Millette, a Territory Sales Representative (TSR) in our Chicago office, received the 2018 Golden Gloves award.
Ian has personified all that means to be an exceptionally strong TSR for several years. In the Chicago office, he is known as a true leader and is regularly sought out for counsel by both TSRs and managers.
Ian has participated in some pilot roles within our Territory Sales organization with an objective of creating greater customer experiences, providing crucial insights for the future.
As for his 2018 performance, he exceeded his annual plan by October and finished the year setting a new TSD record for total GP delivered by a single rep!
A true representation of the Territory Sales Representatives’ fighting spirit, the Golden Gloves award recognizes an individual with outstanding leadership qualities within our Territory Sales department and beyond his/her own team. The Golden Gloves symbolize our TSD reps’ relentless focus on the customer, alignment with vendors, being a team player, and embracing the Softchoice values. The recipient of the Golden Gloves is recognized in front of their peers at our annual all-company conference.
