Ryan Aube, a Softchoice Outbound Sales Representative based in Virginia, recently met with one of our customers to discuss the business challenges they were facing. As many IT leaders told us in our recent study, this customer was suffering from a lack of in-house expertise, having recently lost two members of an already spread thin support staff.
The skills shortage compromised his team’s ability to accomplish the remainder of the organization’s projects for 2018. So when Jeff stepped in to offer his support and technology mentorship, this IT manager only had wonderful things to say about him: “Jeff went above and beyond the request for support.
