This talented and diverse Softchoice team demonstrated the broad and scalable capability of our organization for a complex global customer.
In early 2018, this team took responsibility over renewing this customer’s Microsoft enterprise agreements. Looking at the overall infrastructure and assets of the company’s 139 facilities across 27 countries, Softchoice immediately began to focus attention on consolidating their Microsoft agreements from several of their subsidiaries, consolidating costs and improving asset management. This led to a new conversation around Softchoice’s Microsoft services offerings, with our first project with the customer successfully completed in July 2018.
From Q delivering clean cost analysis and licensing guidance, Kate and Matthew teaming up to execute an assessment that demonstrated incredible value through our asset management expertise, Feri spending countless hours supporting the customer in managing their licenses with the new agreements, and Tracy leading the services charge, to Robbin and Prashanth perfectly executing a complex scope of work – every single person played their role and delighted the customer at every turn.
