This WOW goes to Kevin Pierce, an Inside Sales Account Manager in Seattle. Following a reassessment of our local sales coverage to ultimately serve our customers better, Kevin was asked to hand off a customer account to a colleague.
To ensure the transition went smoothly for both customer and co-worker, Kevin committed to both of them to bring the new account manager up to speed and serve as a resource as long as needed. Kevin also reassured the customer of the new rep’s ability to carry the torch.
