This WOW goes to Koosha Kazerooni, our Client Experience Specialist working out of our Toronto headquarters.
Koosha has a very unique role at Softchoice, where he works alongside our Marketing team to qualify the leads that emerge from marketing campaigns and outreach efforts. Koosha acts as the first point of contact for many IT professionals who reach out to us for insight and support, and he makes sure to understand their specific needs and business goals before connecting them to the right person in our organization.
Besides being stellar at his job, Koosha has been a tremendous asset to our Sales Excellence team – which is responsible for training and developing our sales representatives – particularly with the co-op student program.
Given his role, Koosha has provided unique insights to our co-op students so they get a full view of the sales cycle. He helped design the training, implemented a job shadow cadence, and created specific role plays to ensure that our co-op students are getting the training and development they need.
