This WOW goes to Leanna Aurioles, an Inside Sales Account Manager in Seattle.
One of Leanna’s customers recently emailed her manager, outlining her amazing work and the outstanding support she provides to his company and his team.
Over the past few months, this customer sent many requests to Leanna, including a complex, high-level project, involving several vendors. Leanna worked closely with the customer’s team every step of the way, answering any questions they had and taking initiative at every roadblock to make things happen.
In the customer’s words: “in all of my years as a System Engineer, help desk manager or any support role, I have never been fortunate to have a vendor representative be willing and actually jump in and champion an issue like Leanna has – with every request we have asked of her.”
