This WOW goes to Lina Rzeczkowska (Technical Architect), Terry Nims (Sr. Solutions Architect), Brent Clair (Inside Sales Account Manager), and Brooks Courtright (Customer Support Representative), who all work out of our Chicago office.
Working on a complex datacenter project involving a wide range of services, from storage, compute and firewall, to endpoint and backup solutions, Outbound sales representative Adam Gellman called on these individuals for help. In response, Lina, Terry, Brent, and Brooks rallied together to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Lina and Terry brought in their technical expertise and enthusiasm throughout the discussions and negotiations that lasted several months, anticipating the customer’s needs and working countless hours to provide the right solutions. Brent and Brooks provided outstanding support to the team every step of the way with their go-to attitude, offering knowledge and advice to provide the best end product to the customer. In Adam’s words, they were the glue keeping the project together.
