Hamid Adem, one of our Territory Sales representatives based in Toronto, recently recognized Matthew for going above and beyond to assist one of his customers with their Microsoft environment.
Matthew, despite being in a different time zone, rearranged his schedule to accommodate Hamid and his customer. He held multiple meetings, both internally with our Softchoice experts and externally with our vendor partners to make sure he had all the information he needed to assist the customer with a legacy agreement, and help them to adopt the right strategy to move to the cloud. The customer was impressed with how knowledgeable and resourceful Matthew was, and was very appreciative of his assistance and professionalism.
