Despite being fully engaged on an extensive customer project, Michael jumped in to help Michelle McLennan, one of our Territory Sales Representative in Toronto, and her customer.
Michelle’s customer needed to migrate their System Center Configuration Manager and received instructions from their head office in Japan to do so. However, part of the directions were in Japanese and had the customer confused. Enter Michael. Not only did he go through the entire document and made sense of the Japanese instructions, he was able to clearly articulate the process and roadmap to complete this project.
Michael went above and beyond to help this customer, preparing everything in record time – from pricing estimates to detailed step-by-step instructions to accomplish the migration – which contributed to delivering a great customer experience.
