Molly Moreash, a Telesales Manager in our Toronto office, received the 2018 White Fedora award.
Molly is described by her peers as one of the most successful Inside Sales Account Managers (ISAMs) on the sales floor. She is seen as the go-to resource, not only within her team, but also in the entire sales department as she is extremely knowledgeable and approachable.
She manages some of the largest customers in Western Canada and consistently blows them away. Her customers describe her as hard working, detail-oriented and professional. She also builds strong relationships with our partner community.
Molly is also a wonderful example of our culture and our values. She is a member of the Softchoice Leading Women employee resource group and a Softchoice Cares Orange Ambassador supporting several causes and organizations, including St. Joseph’s Health Centre in Toronto.
The White Fedora award is handed out every year at Softchoice’s annual all-company conference to the most dedicated and persevering Inside Sales Account Manager at Softchoice. The winner not only demonstrates a track record of sales success over the past 12 months, but he or she must demonstrate true leadership qualities by embodying our Softchoice values.
