This WOW goes to Natashia Raponi, a Talent Development Coordinator based in Toronto. As a valued member of the People & Growth team, she is no stranger to taking care of a very special Softchoice customer base – our employees.
Natashia went above and beyond during the busy GPS season (Softchoice’s bi-annual employee goal tracking and assessment program) and stepped in to facilitate the process for about 1,500 employees while her manager was away. In one week, she ensured the GPS tool was prepped, she deployed the training session invitations, and supported the dedicated manager training day.
At the same time, she also assisted the Softchoice Engagement Committee with the rollout of the annual Great Places to Work survey, co-ordinated a volunteer event in Toronto for her entire team, and showed up to volunteer at said event without missing a beat. Natashia exemplifies what it means to own the end result while taking care of her peers in the process!
