The 2017 White Fedora award goes to Patrick Pietromonaco, an Inside Sales Account Manager in Montreal.
Patrick had a phenomenal year in 2016, delivering great results for the company and looking after his customers. Besides exceeding both his business objectives and personal goals for the year, he showed great leadership when chosen to lead our Quebec team. He took the initiative to create a full year action plan for his team, reviewing best practices to put the customer first and be more productive, supporting his team whenever they needed him. His peers describe him as curious, eager to learn, and always wanting to go a step further.
Patrick embodies the Softchoice values. He takes cares of his people inside and outside the company. Every year, he takes February 14th off to help his mom at the flower shop she owns!
The White Fedora award is handed out every year at Softchoice’s annual Launch conference to the most dedicated and persevering Inside Sales Account Manager at Softchoice. The winner not only demonstrates a track record of sales success over the past 12 months, but he or she must demonstrate true leadership qualities by embodying our Softchoice values.
