Robbin is one of the top performers on our Professional Services team. She is regularly asked for by name by colleagues and customers alike. She receives regular praise on her strong preparation, tight execution, and unbelievable dedication, commitment and perseverance whether things go exactly as planned or not.
On a recent Office 365 migration project, the team hit a roadblock with a brand new migration tool. Robbin took the initiative to work with the vendor’s product development team to help resolve the issues and guarantee a great customer experience. It was no surprise when that vendor later named us their partner of the year it was largely as a result of her efforts.
Robbin shows her passion and dedication to her work, her customers and Softchoice every day, from delivery excellence to practice contributions and community involvement. In 2017, she was instrumental in the success of our second annual Women in IT Hackathon – an event aimed at inspiring future generations of girls to develop careers in IT – all the while staying on top of her projects. She also remains active with local Dallas-area elementary schools through our Power Up technology grant program.
The Orange Cape is awarded to one individual on the Softchoice Services delivery team every year who is a superhero to their peers and customers – and who can always be relied upon to “save the day.” The winner receives the Orange Cape in front of their peers at Softchoice’s annual Launch conference.
