These individuals joined forces to drive the design of a unified architecture combining Cisco Call Manager and Microsoft Skype for Business for a company looking to provide best-in-class communication services from their new headquarters.
Softchoice was selected against many competitors in April 2018 to complete the initial discovery and design of the solution. The team demonstrated their customer passion throughout the project that required multiple revisions in the scope of work and extensive planning and coordination with customer teams – as well as the many vendors engaged in the project – to define solution requirements including software, hardware and services.
The dedication and level of engagement from these pre-sales and post-sales teams led the customer to choose Softchoice for the second phase of the project – driving the implementation of the integrated communications solution – and become the incumbent for subsequent phases.
