This WOW goes to Thor Evans in Toronto. In his role as an Order Management Associate, Thor supports the US Northwest Sales team and their customers. The nature of our business and our growth projections require quick turnarounds, the ability to re-prioritize on a dime, and address urgent requests almost hourly. The vast majority of the equipment we order through Softchoice is used by our sales associates. If they don’t receive it in time, it will impact our ability to do business and creates a difficult perception of IT within the greater organization.
