This WOW goes to Trevor Lysyk, a Systems Engineer in our Calgary office. One of Softchoice’s customers was in the process of moving its data center to the cloud.
Halfway through the migration, they hit a major roadblock. The customer’s infrastructure could not be supported in the cloud. Understandably, the customer was despondent and ready to stop the project completely. This is when Trevor came into the picture. He took the reins, and through multiple meetings with the customer and countless overtime hours, Trevor was able to overcome these roadblocks for the customer - which is now running in Azure, as planned.
The customer could not have been more thankful for all the extra effort, and said that Trevor is probably the smartest guy on earth, and literally a “walking encyclopedia.” He felt that his project and business were just as important to Softchoice as it is to him, and he continues to express his gratitude for all of Trevor's hard work. By going above and beyond through his expertise, professionalism and hard work, Trevor showed everyone what a world-class Softchoice customer experience looks like.
