One of our customers reached out to Alexandra for assistance in implementing several Microsoft technologies as part of their Office 365 deployment program. In response, Alexandra worked closely with Usama and Carlos to answer the customer’s needs. Looking at their requirements, the team quickly recognized the value of positioning a single program approach. They built upon past project experiences and came up with a comprehensive solution around end-user productivity.
Instead of looking at isolated technologies, they combined multiple project streams and built a single scope of work to make it more manageable for the customer and to drive the designed outcomes for their end users. Alexandra even went the extra mile and personally learned and delivered a Microsoft Surface Hub demo to the company’s executives. The Microsoft representative who attended the program review gave the team some props by saying: “Softchoice has put together a great, cohesive program and all components are being addressed with this plan.”
