Furthermore, by achieving the Gold Level Award, Softchoice has not only satisfied all the requirements of the Silver Level award, but has also implemented changes that exceeded expectations of Microsoft.
In Microsoft’s 2016 fiscal year, Softchoice focused on developing integration capabilities with vendor systems and the automation of tedious manual workflows. MPSA Web Services integration has enabled Softchoice specialists to dedicate their efforts to productive value-added activities by eliminating 70 percent of manual order volume. Softchoice has now achieved 98 percent automation of the work streams to manage activation and eligibility for all Enterprise and MPSA contracts, which has drastically improved the customer onboarding experience. Both measures are best-in-class amongst the partner peer group within the industry.
